Facilities

Phuket Grappling Academy is a purpose built facility, designed by grapplers for grapplers. The gym contains a 250m2 matted area complete with wall padding, which is cleaned and disinfected after every class. Our mats are Litchi leather textured, providing just the right amount of friction for grappling without getting mat-burn which helps to minimize the risk of injury/infections.

Members also have access to our fully equipped strength and conditioning area custom built and designed by Bench Fitness. The area contains over 1000kg of free weights and all the functional strength equipment/accessories and cardio machines you need to compliment your martial arts training.

The gym also contains a smoothie bar as well as modern male/ female changing rooms and shower facilities which are cleaned and maintained daily.
